USES OF DATA

Question: What type of information is available about people?

Answer: Practically anything, except for very sensitive personal information, such as financial and credit card data, passwords, medical records, driving records, insurance records, employment history, social security records and other non-public information.

Question: What can’t I do with this data?

Answer: Our services may NOT be used in the following ways:

1. To find people in the interest of developing a news story.
2. For purposes that might cause physical or emotional harm to the subject of the report.
3. For people involved in an adoption.
4. To gain information on well-known/high-profile celebrities or government officials.
5. To find a consumer’s eligibility for (a) credit or insurance for personal, family, or household purposes; or (b) a government license or benefit.
6. For purposes that are not within your stated normal course of business.
7. For pre-employment or tenant screening.
8. Due to various inaccuracies in public records, our services shouldn’t be used for skip tracing purposes.

Question: Can your data be used for Employee Checks?

Answer: We are not a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and the information in the databases has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports, as defined in the FCRA. You may not use the Data to: (a) show an person’s legibility for personal credit or insurance; (b) assess risks associated with existing consumer credit obligations; or (c) test an individual for employment, promotion, reassignment or retention (including employment of household workers such a nannies, housekeepers, or contractors) or in conjunction with assessing the merits of entering into any other personal business transaction with another individual (“Unauthorized Purposes”).

DATA ACCURACY and COVERAGE

Question: What do I do if my search resulted in outdated or wrong information?

Answer: The information provided to you is gathered from publicly available data, and is not verified or guaranteed the accuracy of such data; rather, the information is gathered from various sources, including Internet sites. It is not necessarily affiliated with or endorsed by these sources, or compensated by them. All materials and information available through Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is always accurate, complete or current; that access to it will be available all the time, from every place, or that errors will be corrected. We disclaim any responsibility and any warranties for sales, purchases, financing or other types of transactions involving products and services on which Our Services provide information. Your use of Our Services is solely at your own risk.

Question: How current is your data?

Answer: Our service allows you to conduct searches of various public records. Any data presented as a result of these searches is derived from records that are not in our control and may not always be accurate or complete. Please see the Warranties section in our Terms and Conditions page for more information. As such, we can neither control nor guarantee the accuracy or availability of public records.

Question: In which U.S. states can I search criminal records?

Answer: Some states do not let access to certain types of criminal records, or restrict the types of information that may be retrieved by a criminal search. As a result, not all searches will return reports or records.

Question: Why does the data obtained from the Preliminary Search vary from the data obtained in the member’s area?

Answer: The preliminary search accesses people databases simply to verify that the person exists in the United States. This information is provided as reference material only. Search results obtained from the Preliminary Search may not match the search results obtained in the member’s area based on the same search parameters. You will be charged for any Direct search, regardless of whether your search yields any reports or records, and regardless of whether any such report or record has incorrect information or no information at all.

Question: I know that the person I am inquiring about has a criminal record, so why is your search not returning any criminal search related data?

Answer: There may be multiple reasons why criminal data is extracted or missing from a criminal / background report.

* You may be searching for criminal data that does not permit public access to criminal records.

* The criminal act was committed in a state other than the one searched.

* The search subject’s criminal record has been expunged and is no longer available.

* The search subject may have used an alias with a different DOB at the time of criminal conviction.

* The search subject was never convicted of a crime.

* The subject’s criminal conviction is very recent and has not yet been entered into our database.

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS

Question: Are SSN records or Credit Reports provided?

Answer: By law we are prohibited from releasing non-public information such as SSN Records or Credit Reports to non licensed entities. Our SSN Search allows you to check the validity of the provided number.

Question: Can I conduct a reverse SSN search?

Answer: We offer two SSN related searches:

1. SSN Validation search allows you to check the validity of the provided number.
2. SSN Search may provide the person’s address, phone numbers and date of birth. You will need the person’s SSN and Last Name to conduct this search.

PHYSICAL DOCUMENTS

Question: Do you mail hard copies of my reports?

Answer: No, all search results are displayed electronically after which you can either print or download the reports. Your reports will also be saved in your “Search History” for 60 days.

Question: Are Birth Certificates provided?

Answer: No. Your Birth Records search may include the following information: Full Name, Birth City, Birth State and Full Date of Birth.

Question: Are Marriage Certificates provided?

Answer: No. Your Marriage Records search may include the following information: Bride’s Name and Age, Groom’s Name and Age, Marriage Date, County & State of Filing and Filing Number.

Question: Are Death Certificates provided?

Answer: No. Your Death Records search may include the following information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Date of Death and City and State of Death.

Question: Do we provide Divorce Decrees?

Answer: No. Your Divorce Records search results may include the following information: Respondent’s Name, Petitioner’s Name, Date of Filing, State of Filing and Filing Number.

MEMBER’S AREA

Question: What does my membership include?

Answer: After you make your purchase via ClickBank, you will gain access to our Member’s area – a one stop source for all your information needs. The Member’s area combines the power of over 30 different searches, tools, and resources to help you in your investigation process. Our Member’s area is conveniently divided into two types of searches, Direct and Unlimited (as more fully described below). Your “Search Results Access” fee will grant you access to our Member’s area, and will also be your Direct search balance. You can use these funds to execute various Direct searches. Please note that your credit card or your PayPal account is not charged each time you conduct Direct searches. The cost for each Direct search will be deducted from your Direct search balance. Should you run out of funds, you may purchase additional searches in our Member’s area. After the expenditure of your funds, your subsequent use of the our products and services will be subject to then-current rates. You can also purchase an “Unlimited Search Pass” for an additional fee which will grant you access to our “Unlimited” section of the Member’s area.

Direct searches may include: Bankruptcy Records search, Birth Records search, Business Records search, Comprehensive Background search, Court Records Search, Criminal Records search, Death Index search, Email search, Federal Records search, Legal/Civil Judgments search, Marriage/Divorce search, People Search, Person Report, Property Records, Relatives search, Reverse Cell Phone search, Reverse Landline Phone search, Reverse IP search, Sex Offender Search, SSN Validation search, SSN Records search, Vessel / Watercraft Records search, and Warrant search.

Unlimited reports may include: Address history, age, date of birth, marital status, phone number(s), possible relatives and associates, property records, business searches, neighborhood checks, reverse IP search, people searches by name, phone and address.

Question: What is meant by “unlimited” access?

Answer: The “Unlimited Search Pass” will grant you access to our “Unlimited” section of the Member’s area. Unlimited searches may include: Address history, age, date of birth, marital status, phone number(s), possible relatives and associates, property records, business searches, neighborhood checks, reverse IP search, people searches by name, phone and address.

Question: How can I access my search history?

Answer: The “search history” feature allows you to retrieve your past search results inside the member’s area. To access your search history, please follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your Members account.

2. Go to “My Account” in the upper right side of the webpage. Scroll down to the “view your Search history” section.

3. Select the desired search from your search history and click on the “results” tab at the far right side of this page.

Please note that your search history results are only kept for 60 days, after which they are deleted.

Question: How does your member’s area work?

Answer: Our Member’s area is conveniently divided into two types of searches, Direct and Unlimited (as more fully described below). Your “Search Results Access” fee will grant you access to our member’s area and will also be your “Direct Search” balance. Once you are logged in to your account you may view your account details/summary in the top left corner of the website. You can use these funds to execute various Direct searches. Please note that your credit card or Paypal account is not charged each time you conduct Direct searches. The cost per each Direct search will be deducted from your Direct search balance. Should you run out of funds, you may purchase additional searches by clicking on the “Transfer Funds” link in the top right hand corner of this page.

Question: How does your No Hit No Fee policy work?

Answer: For selected “Direct” searches we offer a No Hit No Fee policy which means that if your search produces no results we will not charge your account. Please note that the funds will be not credited back to your credit card or PayPal account. This is an internal credit.

CRIMINAL RECORDS

Question: How do I interpret the criminal search results?

Answer: Our Criminal Check report may yield an individual’s criminal records or show a lack of relevant results for the specified search criteria. In order to use this service, customers pay a small search fee.

While our Criminal Check report can yield useful information, please use extreme caution in interpreting the results of any criminal background search. A positive match does not guarantee the nature or even existence of an individual’s criminal record. We are not responsible for explaining or analyzing Criminal Check results. For help in interpreting criminal records and other official documents, please contact a competent legal professional.

PAYMENT AND BILLING DETAILS

Question: How will my charge appear on my credit card?

Answer: Your Statement Will Show a Charge from Clickbank / Keynetics.

Question: How much does it cost to run a search?

Answer: Each search has a different price. Your “Search Results Access” fee becomes your “Direct” search balance. You can use these funds to conduct various “Direct” searches. Each “Direct” search has a different price (all of which are all listed in our member’s area). Please note: Every time you conduct a “Direct” search, your account balance is charged. “Unlimited” searches do not charge your account balance.

PRIVACY

Question: What type of information do you collect?

Answer: Personal Information
We collect personal information from you when you: (1) register on the site; (2) subscribe to one of our mailing lists; (3) contact us; and (4) order products and services. The information we collect includes your name, address, email address, and telephone number. We also store your searches for 60 days, after which time we delete them. If you make a purchase, our service provider, ClickBank, will collect your payment information. ClickBank does not share that information with us. Non-Personal Information
As part of the standard operation of the Site, we may collect certain non-personal information from you, including but not limited to your browser type, operating system, IP address and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Site, the number of times you return to the Site, your search history and other click-stream data.

Question: Do you tell anyone every time I conduct a search?

Answer: All your searches are confidential. No one is notified that you are searching for them.
